PETS
In one of the apartments, we accept pets (€12 per day). In the rest of the rooms and apartments, we have a no pet policy. We kindly ask for your understanding, as this is the only way that we can ensure that the apartments are suitable for those guests with allergies (absolutely hair-free!).
SKI/IN – SKI/OUT
Open the door and out on the slopes!
Do you want to be the first to let off steam on the perfectly groomed slopes of the Hochkönig ski region? No problem! The new Natrunbahn is only 100m away from our apartment house. After a sumptuous breakfast, click into your skis and enjoy the day on the slopes to the full! It’s quite something: when the last turns of the day become noticeable in your thighs, you simply steer your skis towards your accommodation. Click off your skis, put your ski boots, which have become a bit tight in the meantime, on the ski boot dryer and off you go to relax in your apartment or in our very own wellness area.
CHECK-IN
On arrival day, the apartments are ready to be moved into from 3.30 pm. You are of course welcome to arrive earlier. You have the possibility to put your luggage in our guest lounge and can get changed into your ski or hiking clothes there.
CHECK-OUT
On departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10.30 am. Naturally, you are welcome to leave your luggage in the guest lounge again or you can book a “late check-out.”
LAUNDRY SERVICES
We also offer our guests a washing facility for their laundry. The washing machine and dryer are coin-operated and are located in the basement of our apartment house.

UNDERGROUND CAR PARK
Perfect comfort for your car!
In our own underground car park every car finds a parking space. You are welcome to leave your car in our garage on the day you arrive and only get it out again after a relaxing holiday. (garage height: 2,25m)
PAYING A DEPOSIT
For fixed reservations we require a deposit of 30% of the price per apartment as security.
