Making the best of your holiday – all measures at a glance
At PoSt in Maria Alm, even in times like these, we attach great importance to making your vacation as pleasant and relaxing as possible – and, of course, taking into account all the measures currently in force. Even despite these new rules of conduct, we promise that PoSt will be a retreat for you, for all those who want to escape from everyday life for a while and immerse themselves in a world without chaos and excitement. PoSt remains a place of strength, where the love of tradition can be found in every corner. A place whose atmosphere makes arriving on vacation even more beautiful.
Behavior recommendation
Here at ‘The PoSt’ we ask you to please obey the following rules:
- keep a distance of at least 1 metre
- avoid direct contact with people outside your group
- wear a mask in public spaces
- sneeze or cough into a tissue or the crook of your arm
- regularly wash and disinfect your hands
Arrival and departure
To make your arrival as hassle-free as possible, please follow these instructions:
- please ask any questions and let us know any special requests by email before arriving
- check-in online before your arrival to reduce crowding and the time spent in the reception area
- disinfect your hands upon entering ‘The PoSt’ (disinfection stations are placed throughout the house)
- adjust any greetings to non-contact
We want to make sure that you can look forward to your holiday in ‘The PoSt’ without any worries. The safety and protection of our guests through hygiene as well as creating a relaxing atmosphere are of the utmost priority to us. We are keeping a close eye on how the situation is developing.
In case of more drastic measures like closed borders, entry restrictions or travel warnings we will refund your deposit as a voucher that will not expire and can be redeemed anytime.
As these exceptional times require exceptional measures, we ask for your understanding and to only travel when you and your family are healthy.
‘The PoSt’ cancellation policy
So that you can continue to plan your vacation carefree, we offer you a free cancellation guarantee until 14 days before arrival. From 16.11.2021 flexible cancellation conditions are also valid for the winter season 2021/22. These correspond to the following scale:
> 100 % free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival
> 70 % cancellation fee from 14 to 7 days before booked arrival
> 90 % cancellation fees from 7 days prior to arrival
rebooking guarantee up to 7 days before arrival depending on availability
In order to be even better protected, we recommend that you also take out travel cancellation insurance.
Hygiene and cleanliness
Here at ‘The PoSt’ cleanliness has always been the golden standard and now it is even more important. We make sure that our guests are safe and feel comfortable by:
- daily cleaning and disinfecting of all public areas and common touch points
- regular checking, disinfecting and cleaning of all public areas
- placing disinfection stations throughout the whole building
- using antiviral cleaning products
- regularly airing all rooms
‘The PoSt’ spa areas
After a long day on the mountains of the Hochkönig region, relaxation may be just what you and your loved ones need. That is why we have thought of the following for you: Our PoSt.Spa is of course constantly cleaned and disinfected. For all those who want to relax undisturbed and all alone in the PoSt.Spa, we offer the possibility of a Private.Spa every day, where only your family and you are in the spa area. From 3:30 pm the PoSt.Spa is then open for all guests of the house.
